Wooden Didgeridoo 0052

All my didgeridoos are hand made by myself, and made to be played. If you want to know what goes into making a wooden didgeridoo such as this, further information can be found in How to Make a Didgeridoo.

F Meranti Didgeridoo

Background: Same external dimensions as didge no.51 but different on the inside (not telling though!). Quite a percussive little didge with an easy toot and great animal calls. A single woodworm tried to take up residency but moved on when I explained what I was making. The hole was treated and left to stabelise for year. Finshed with Danish Oil and Finshing Oil with a couple of layers of wax for added protection and lustre.

Wood: Meranti

Key: F

Toot: G

Mouthpiece: 28mm

Bell: 9x9cm

Length: 141.5cm

Weight: 1.8kg
