Every didgeridoo I make is hand made by myself from start to finish. I take great pride in what I do as a didgeridoo maker, with each unique didge carefully built as if it was the only one in the world. All my didgeridoos (unless otherwise stated) are a 'split wood didgeridoo' construction - shaped, cut in half, hollowed, and then glued back together - no termites in the UK :-) As didgeridoos are very much down to personal choice and taste I have provided as much info as I can with images and sound to help you obtain a true and accurate and fair picture of the individual didgeridoo for sale.
F# Sweet Chestnut
Wood: Sweet Chestnut
Key: F#
Toot: G
Mouthpiece: 28mm
Bell: 11x10cm
Length: 128cm
Weight: 2.6kg
Background: I wanted to try something a bit different with this piece of Sweet Chestnut from Hoth Wood in Sussex. Shorter and wider then what I have previously been making. Harder to toot due to the width of the bore and lower back pressure, but the depth and richness of sound more then compensates. Lovely grain pattern, enhanced and protected by three layers of Danish Oil and four layers of Finishing Oil, topped with a couple layers of wax to help protect and enahnce the look.
